By focusing on the life cycle of whitebait, this resource introduces concepts about biodiversity in waterways in a context that is relevant for students.

This teaching resource is to be used for the bilingual online resource Up the Creek on the Biodiversity website. It provides ideas for class discussions and activities that could be used when students have completed the website journey to extend their understanding of biodiversity.
